その殆どがコミュニケーション不足やそれに伴う誤解から派生しているものでした。
災害支援の現場経験を通じて、何が原因（起点）となるのかを早い段階で察知・把握し、課題解決に導く気づきを得る機会を提供します。
それが災害の現場であれ、平時の日常のビジネスにおける状況であれ、根本的な心構えは限られています。それが何なのか、わからない・迷ってしまうなどの状況において、様々な場面で効果的に発揮するスキルです。

In your situation of decision making, you are going to suffering some difficulty. It is caused “miscommunication” or “lack of communication” basis most of time.
From my experience in disaster relief and reconstruction circumstance, I learned many things from diversity culture and believes. Prior to set same criteria with all people and parties and we can start to talk on the same table.
